  MAQIAO INDUSTRIAL SQUARE  

Maqiao Industrial Square --Phase 1 , invested by Changshu Economic Development Group, covers an area of 84,338 sqm with 12 pre-built factory buildings and 2900 sqm warehouse. The total under-roof area is 86,000 sqm. Buildings ranging from 3000-9500 sqm under-roof are available, mainly for mechanical, manufacturing and other processing industries. The workshop is single-story; crane of 10-ton can be installed in the machinery-style workshops, which has clear room height of 7.2m. Light-industry workshops with a clear room height of 5.5m have no cranes. The buildings were completed in June 2005 and have been occupied

Maqiao Industrial Square Phase 2 covers 94,574m2 of land with the first group of 5 workshops finished in July 2008. They are all single-story buildings around 3,000m2. Loading dock is equipped and crane can be installed.
     
  HAICHENG INDUSTRIAL SQUARE
 

Haicheng Industrial Square with a planned area of 80,000sqm, is invested by Haicheng Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. Its first phase occupies 45,000 sqm (10 buildings) and the total area will ultimately grow to 90,000 sqm. The first phase put into use in the end of 2004 with building raging from 2300 – 7300 sqm.
Two styles of factory buildings for electronics and textile industry are available. So far, 23,000 sqm have been occupied.

   
JINSHUN INDUSTRIAL SQUARE
Jinshun Industrial Square is invested by Jingshun Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. It covers 68,000 sqm with 8 pre-built factory buildings mainly for light and electronics processing industry. The total construction area is 62,000 sqm, among which the first phase of 30,000 sqm has been finished and put into use.
 
  EPZ FACTORY BUILDINGS  

The EPZ factory building area covers 200,000 m 2 , in where over 200,000 m 2 factory buildings for IT, electromechanical, precise mechanical, new material and other export-oriented processing industry can be built.

RESERVED AREA FOR FACTORY BUILDINGS

The reserved area covers 133,000 m 2 , in where over 100,000 m 2 factory buildings for light industry, machinery and electricity can be built.

Machinery workshop: crane of 5 tons can be installed, height from floor to the bottom of crane track is 7.2m, steel structure roof.
